Day 14

Day 14 – Got up about 7, left about 9. Crisp morning, probably the coolest its been the entire trip. 2 hours to the Chute. Trail a little vague at lower end, after leaving camp. Eat lunch at Chute (30 minutes), climb the steep switchback (30 minutes), see a snake. Make it to the road about 1, Cruise up to French Spring, ride isn't there, so I take a short break and walk down the road to the ranger station. Make it just before 3, just as my ride is arriving. Another scorcher of a day. On the way out to Green River we see wild burros and the same group of antelope that I saw on day 0, near Keg Spring Knoll
