Day 13

DAY 13 Super nice day, maybe warmest so far. Left camp at 10 after pumping final water, pack super heavy with extra water weight. 20 minutes to trailhead, 20 minutes up road to car camp site. Not a single car at trailhead. Did nothing all day, wandered around read a little, smoked a lot. Some people came by on a 4 wheeler ,asked for a spoon, didn’t have one, but others came by later and gave my one. Really uneventful day otherwise, had some confusion with time, mainly because it was so warm I didn’t think it could be as late as it was. Put warm clothes on at 6(!) and cooked a little late. Still pretty mild, going to be a warm night. Long day tomorrow, hoping for 3 hours of walk time, but fresh supplies await. Never did find that whiskey, and it wasn’t for a lack of trying.
