Day 06

Really windy all night - let up in morning,which caused me to sleep in. Late start. Cold and windy, but sunny, all day. Not bad inside the canyons. Finally stopped about 6:30. Hiked to #14.5, saw Cave of Many Colored Hands. Then went to #15 and hiked up to Monarch. Found digital camera. Then shot up to #19 and camped on its north side. I think this the exact spot I used last time (2004). Had to get water from the canyon, no potholes. Coming back I fell and hit my knee good. Set up camp, made dinner. Wind stopped as I was finishing cooking, nice and calm but cold as I write this. First time in a few days that I haven't found anything new (except a camera!)
