Day 07 thru 10

Day 7 - Snow! Snowed in night, snowed basically all day. No longer melting, really starting to pile up. Cold Did nothing today but sit in tent. Only leave to cook, get water, and occasional bathroom breaks. I have a bad feeling tomorrow will be the same.

Day 8 - I was right. More snow! Really snowed in night, tiny break for breakfast, other than that in tent all day. Exact copy of yesterday, with ever worse weather. At least a foot of snow on the ground by now. Hope it starts breaking up tomorrow.

Day 9 - Only occasional snow today, with bits of sun poking through. Colder than hell! Boots frozen solid, couldn't get them on til after 10 Spent pretty much all day in ten. Wild turkeys wandered thru camp again this evening.

Day 10 - Not really any snow today (finally!), but again incredibly cold. Lot of sun, melted some of the snow, but still frozen boots and cold day spent in tent. Wild turkeys yet again.
