Day 08

Day 8 - Up Lean-to Canyon. Late start. Missed the trail at the mouth of the canyon, hiked up it to a huge dryfall, then had to turn around. Had a steep, extremely difficult climb up the side of the canyon to regain the trail, so we were behind schedule. A long day, but another awesome canyon. Nice slickrock, some benches, some lame boulder-strewn sections. Small running stream. Longish day due to early mistake. Camp on some slickrock benches above some narrows and opposite some hanging frozen springs. Fairly cold again.
