Day 13

Day 13 - Woke up to inch of snow on ground. Late start. See cool ruin (we call it Fortress Ruin). Spend some time there. Pump water a little later at Fable Valley Spring. Pretty easy walk down Fable Valley. Rock art and a few little ruins. Lose trail once, but make good time. Great views down Gypsum Canyon to the Orange Cliffs and Gunsight Butte. Camp in Beef Basin. Snows a little from 5 to 6, but clear by bedtime. Another cold day, build our last fire, burn some trash and some excess fuel.
