Day 13, 14, and morning of 15

Day 13 – Wind blew a lot in the night, a little rain. Slept poorly, very sore from fall on day 11. Hot day, cloudy/hazy and breezy towards PM, but still hot. Long, tough hike. 90 minutes north along Reef to the road at the Ding and Dang Canyon trailhead. 2 hours and 20 minutes the rest of the way (down the road). No shade entire time. Saw no one until I the Little Wild Horse Canyon parking lot, which was full. Passed a couple of times on road. Got to my pickup spot, part has been closed off, rest is quite overgrown. Still good camping for me. Lots of tracks (antelope), lots of water, owl flying around above me at dark, and of course lots of bats. Glad to be here

Day 14 – Sleep way in, screw around all day. Not sure if ride is going to be here tonight or in the morning.

Day 15 – Ride shows up in the morning, see an antelope just before that.
