Day 11

Day 11 - Warm night again, slept in a bit. After breakfast fixed my milk jug with seam sealer and duct tape, then got some water and put it in the sun to warm up. Dayhiked up the main fork of Lavendar Canyon. Lots of nice scenery. Saw Cleft Arch, which is pretty big and good looking. Found Cleft Arch Ruins, not much to see, in a really odd location. Found a steep way up to the arch fro the backside, climbed up and sat under it a while and relaxed. Two different granaries visible from there. Spotted a bit of a wall of another granary on the way back to camp. Back at camp sat around all afternoon, reading too much, smoking too much, washed my hair, went and got more water. Heard a 4WD go by up the road, then come back, but never saw it. Pretty warm day, a little breezy. Saw deer sign everywhere, but still never saw any. Lots of bats again about dusk.
