Spring Canyon Trip 2 October 99

After the debacle of our first trip here, I tried again, by myself, to do this trip. Everything went well the first day, and I again camped in the mouth of Nates Canyon. When I headed up the North Fork of Spring Canyon, I went by the Walker Trail, hoping to find the alternative exit mentioned by Steve Allen in his Canyoneering book. I'm still not sure if what I found is what he was talking about, but if it is, it was well beyond my ability to climb with a pack, so I was again forced to turn around and walk all the way back out. I still haven't completed this trip.
